Basement Find: Help Me Identify This Bike!

So I recently stumbled upon this old gem in the basement of my grandmother’s cottage.

It belogned to my uncle who is unreachable at the moment. I was wondering if any of you opponauts could help me identify this beauty as some google-foo has not helped me one bit. I presume it is from the 70s but that’s all I got.

There should be an ID plate or stamping somewhere. Not sure where, but the first places I’d look would be the front fork or down by the engine.

judging by a few details (fender colour matched) seems I have the TS-90J and not the TC-90 (the mechanical differences being the gearbox on the TC is dual-range) but thank you! You got me my answer!
